We meet for worship each Sunday at 10.30am and 6.30pm. Our services are informal and relaxed and we love to welcome newcomers or visitors! Find out more about our Sunday services below…

TLC is a bit like a Tardis – it may look small from the road, but there’s always room for you to join us…

Everyone is welcome at our services! You’ll be greeted warmly by one of our team and there’s a crèche space if you come with children under 3. There are groups for older children at most of our morning services and if not, the service is designed to cater for all ages.  If you are unsure about anything do just ask, everyone came for the first time once and will be happy to help you out.

Our 10.30am Service

Tynings Lane is a lively and informal Church, sometimes we’re called small, we don’t mind.  Our Sunday congregation is growing towards 100, so it’s a size where there is variety but more often than not someone who you can recognise.  God has a habit of using small things well…

Our morning service starts at 10:30 and lasts between an hour and an hour and half, with refreshments afterwards.

We are a friendly church, where everyone who walks through the door is welcomed and greeted as someone we have been missing.  You’ll find us a church who values worship as a place where we can encounter God, a community committed to each other and those beyond us, by living up to our initials, TLC.

We are a community passionate about helping you find out about Jesus, whether you’re not too sure who he is, or someone you’ve already begun to discover.

You can find out more about us in the website, but the best thing to do is to pop down or get in touch, we’re looking forward to meeting you.

Our 6.30pm Service

Our evening service is smaller than our morning congregation, but this gives us the opportunity to get to know each other a bit better and to spend a bit longer in worship. We’d love you to join us!

We’re aware that parking can be a bit of an issue on a Sunday in Tynings Lane and ask that you park as considerably as possible (we like our neighbours and want to have a good relationship with them!). You may find more suitable parking on Paddock Lane and although you have to cross a main road, there is a crossing and you will most likely end up closer than if you parked on Tynings Lane.
